When creating intakes you will need to select both a scope for the intake (who can apply) and a responsible organisation. The scope (in most instances a region) pertains to an intakes geographical scope or who can apply, whereas the responsible organisation refers to the association/billing entity.
In the majority of cases both the region and responsible organisation will be the same.
Separating Organisations and Regions
Some intakes require the regional scope to differ from the organisation in charge. To allow an organisation to create intakes for regions other than their own, they must be added to the region as an "organisation permissible to attach intakes".
To do this, navigate to the relevant region (via Org Structures > Regions) and select the organisation from the "organisations permissible to attach intakes" dropdown.
Click "Edit" to save the changes.
