This article is designed to help organisation admins understand the payment methods parents will use in Dash, and the actions required to reconcile those payments.
The two options, EFT and DashPay explained below:
DashPay
See below image for what a parent sees when they have the Credit Card payment option selected. Enabling DashPay enables the credit card option.
Eft payment
See below for the default Eft payment method. Unless the eft payment method is suppressed for the intake, parents will be able to choose between Credit Card or Eft payment method as they desire, as seen in these images.
DashPay vs EFT
Below is a flowchart showing the differences between how DashPay (aka Credit Card payment) and EFT payment are handled by Dash and Organisations.
