You can find out more information about basic custom question creation in our Getting Started article.
Your Custom Question Collection is Categorised to Another Organisation.
You may be trying to add custom questions into an intake and find that there are no questions related to that organisation or that your collection isn't showing up.
Please Note: For your custom question collection to show up it needs to be categorised under the correct organisation for the Intake.
You can see how your custom questions are categorised by navigating to the custom question side menu, finding your collection and then viewing the categorisation under scope.
You can see how your intakes are categorised by navigating to the intake side menu, finding your intake and then viewing the categorisation under scope. You can also change this categorisation by editing the intake and selecting another region.
An Example: An intake with the region categorisation of "CHS - Sydney East" will only be able to add custom questions that are in collections categorised as "Sydney East Schools Sports Association".
You are currently unable to edit the organisational categorisation of a custom question collection so if you have made a mistake with categorisation then you will need to create a new collection of custom questions.
Your Custom Question Collection Doesn't Have Any Questions
Navigate to your custom question collection and ensure you have questions in it. You may have created questions but then accidentally forgotten to save the questions.
Once you'd added questions to the collection return to the intake creator and try and add the custom question step again and this time you should be able to see the collection and all the questions within it.
