Getting Started in Five Easy Steps
1. Receive Your Login Details
If your primary role in the software is an administrator you will have already received your login details. If you are yet to receive your login details please contact your organisational administrator. Your login details may look like the example below:
Username/Email: bastianbux@nsw.edu.au
Password: WL82xy12mr
Please keep your login details secure.
You can use these details to login to the software at any time. This software can be accessed on any computer, in or outside Australia, and also using tablet and mobile devices. It is optimised for all browsers but functions best in Google Chrome.
2. Create Intakes
Intakes are fully customisable and can be used to create individual representative pathway teams, school based competitions or roles for teachers. You can create progression, ticketed and open type intakes.
You can find intakes on the Side Menu under "Intakes".
You can create an intake by clicking the "Add Intake" button and filling out the relevant fields. A valid intake includes "Steps" (including "Medical", "Consent", "School Approval", "Products" and "Payment"). You may need to prepare some of these components before you can finalise your intake.

3. Adding Products
Products can be added to intakes and are also endlessly customisable. You can use products for all relevant apparel, for example: Hoodies, Running Shorts, Drink Bottles etc.
You can find products on the side menu under "Products".
You can create a product by clicking the "Add Product" button and filling out the relevant fields and add an appropriate photo. You can add as many products as you would like to your intakes.

4. Managing Roles & Positions
Roles and positions are used by administrators to give positions to teachers to fulfill particular roles in their organisation. Administrators can create tenures within each position to specify the date range that a teacher can hold this position. An example of a position: "Hunter Region Under 18's Rugby Union Team Coach".
You can find all roles and positions on the side menu under "Roles & Positions".
You can create a role by clicking the "Add Role" button and filling out the relevant fields. Once this role is created you will be able to create a tenure for this position by clicking "Add Tenure". Once the tenure application date is open, teachers will be able to apply for this role.

5. Begin Exporting
The software has powerful exporting powers and you can use these to simplify the reporting process for your organisation.
You can navigate to your export options using the side menu. Org Structures > Organisations > "Your Organisation's Title".
You will be able to find exports under the finance section on your organisation profile page.
You have three different options for export, a "User Balance" file, a "Payments" file and an "Order Items" file. All will be downloaded as a .csv which can be easily opened in Excel or Sheets.
