Intakes have powerful exporting functionality, and ticket intakes also have a mail merge functionality in built to assist the administrators in managing their intakes.
To access the export and mail merge you will need to view an intake like our example below:
Export to PDF
Export to PDF is most user friendly way to collate all your applications in one place. The PDFs will also include all documents (including medical documentation) that have been included in the intake.
Export to CSV
Export to CSV is a powerful tool for administrators who require all the intake data in a database form for reporting. A .csv document can easily be opened in Microsoft Excel and manipulated with filters to provide additional information to administrators about the applicants.
Ticket Mail Merge
Clicking "View Tickets" will bring up a ticket pop-up showing you which tickets have already been assigned and also give you the opportunity to mail merge tickets in a document.
You will be able to upload your own mail merge document using the "Ticket Export Templates" options in your association profile.
Send Communication
The send communication button allows you to communicate with all the people who have applied to the intake, whether or not their application has all steps completed. You have the option to send an SMS (used for last minute changes) or an email to the applicants.
Please Keep in Mind: This communication may be getting sent out to a large number of applicants so we would recommend sending a preview and performing dry test runs before pressing the red "Send Communication Now" button.
