You are now able to easily approve and manage all your student and teacher regional and state applications in one software. You can also quickly register your school for competitions at a click of a button.
Getting Started in Three Easy Steps
1. Log In Using Your Username and Password Provided
Your school .det email address should have received an email with the required username and password to log in. Your school should will have also received an additional email with the URL details. Check your inbox and your spam folder for these emails. If you believe you did not receive these emails, please contact your regional administrator.
Please Note: Due to the administrative powers given to a school account you will also need to fill in additional identity information. This account should only be used by the principal or a person given direct permission to manage these tasks for the principal.
2. Apply for a Competition
On the dashboard select "Apply for a Competition".
Choose one or more competitions that you want your school to enter and select "Create Application".
You will then receive confirmation of the application results for the competition/s your school has entered.
3. Confirm or Decline Workflow Items
Every time a student or a teacher registers for an intake, role or position you will be notified and asked to action a workflow item.
You will be able to see how many items require your approval on the top right hand side of your dashboard under "Items requiring approval".
In a snapshot you'll be able to see all items requiring your approval and you can either select "Quick Approve" to approve the action or select "Action" to be given more details on this workflow item. You will also be given the option to approve or decline this workflow.
Once this workflow has been approved it will disappear from "Pending Workflow".
